Hope Clarke

Beverage Director/AGM Hope Clarke has been in various positions of the hospitality industry for over 15 years, starting as a short order grill & fry cook as a first job at the age of fourteen. Despite pursuing film and television production for several years, she fell in love with the chemistry of wine and the social politics behind bourbon at the age of twenty-one behind a restaurant bar in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Since then, she has worked in Chicago, Lyon France, Houston & others in various roles both front and back of house, and is best known for her work with ice for cocktails. Featured in Bon Appetit magazine, CNET magazine,, Imbibe Magazine's 2016 'Imbibe 75', and selected for New Orlean's very first Zagat '30 under 30', she has made New Orleans home for the last four years.
